- Commercial Driver License (CDL) holders whose personal information is processed through our HR onboarding automation service on behalf of our business clients

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect the following information when you contact us, sign up for our services, or otherwise interact with us:

- Business email address and telephone number
- Mailing address and billing address
- Payment card information (processed through secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers)
- Business documents you upload or share with us
- Communications you send to us
2.2 Driver Information Processed on Behalf of Clients
When our HR automation service is deployed by a transportation operator client (the "Client"), we process personal information about CDL drivers who are being onboarded by the Client. This may include:
- Full legal name
- Date of birth
- Residential address
- Commercial Driver License number, class, endorsements, restrictions, issue date, and expiration date
- Department of Transportation medical examiner certificate information including certificate signing date and expiration date
- Employment history and references (where applicable)
- Drug and alcohol testing records (where applicable)
- Driver signature
We process this driver information solely on behalf of and at the direction of the Client. The Client is the data controller for driver information. Dynamics Force Corp acts as a data processor.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our services
- To process driver onboarding documentation on behalf of our Clients
- To communicate with you about our services, including service updates, billing, and customer support

- To comply with legal obligations, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements (49 CFR Parts 391, 382, and related sections)

- Electronic signature service providers for document signing and execution

When we process driver information on behalf of a Client, we share that information with the Client as required to deliver the service. The Client is responsible for the further use and protection of driver information once received.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
4.4 Business Transfers
If Dynamics Force Corp is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected individuals before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Driver onboarding records processed on behalf of Clients are retained per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements: for the duration of the driver's employment with the Client plus three years (49 CFR 391.51).
Business contact information for inactive accounts is retained for seven years to comply with US tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access the personal information we hold about you
- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to request deletion of information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Right to restrict or object to certain processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent for any processing based on consent
